At Anna Ceron Creative, our goal is to provide you with quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, due to an increase in unfounded cancellations and the limitations imposed by our fulfillment partner, we have found it necessary to implement a No Cancellation or Return Policy.

As a small business striving to provide value, we would like you to understand that each cancellation or return has a significant impact on our operations. With each cancellation or return request, we incur the costs of the order, advertising, and fulfillment, which are challenging for us to absorb. This is why we have updated our return policy as outlined below. Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated.

Please carefully read and understand our policy before making a purchase:

  1. Final Sales and No Cancellations: All sales on Anna Ceron Creative are considered final once the order is placed. We work with a fulfillment partner that begins processing orders immediately, and as such, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns. Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before completing the transaction.

  2. Lost or Damaged Items – Free Order Replacement: If your item is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, you are eligible for a free order replacement. To initiate this process, please contact us at info@annaceron-creative.com

     with the subject line "Replacement Request - Order #[Your Order Number]". Include any relevant information, such as tracking numbers or photographs of damaged items.

  3. Refunds: We only allow refunds of defective or damaged items or other rare individual cases. Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  4. No Exchanges: At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges. Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before making a purchase.

  5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, are not eligible for returns. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
